Cookie policy

Last updated 23 September 2026

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technology, such as local storage, works in much the same way, so this page treats them together. It lists everything this website stores and lets you change your mind in one click.

Our approach

Only what is strictly necessary loads by default. Analytics and marketing cookies stay switched off until you choose to allow them, and you can withdraw that choice as easily as you gave it. The site works exactly the same whichever option you pick.

What we use

NameTypePurposeLasts
betsuna_consent_v1Essential, local storageRemembers which cookie categories you accepted and whenUntil cleared; we ask again after 12 months
AnalyticsOptionalAnonymous counts of visits and pages, to improve the siteUp to 13 months
MarketingOptionalMeasures which campaigns bring visitors to the siteUp to 90 days

At the moment no analytics or marketing service is connected, so allowing those categories changes nothing yet. If we add one, it will be named in this table, with its provider and retention, before it goes live.

The three categories explained

Essential

These make the site work and cannot be switched off. The only one on this site stores your cookie answer, so the banner does not reappear on every page. It holds no personal details, just which boxes you ticked and the date.

Analytics

Analytics tell us which pages are read, which are skipped and where visitors leave, so we can fix what is unclear. They count visits in aggregate; they do not follow you to other sites.

Marketing

Marketing cookies show whether an advert or partner link brought someone to the site. They help us spend less on channels that do not work. They are never used to show you gambling adverts elsewhere without your consent.

Why we ask

The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require consent for anything that is not strictly necessary. That is why the banner appears on your first visit, why nothing optional loads before you answer, and why "Reject all" is given the same weight as "Accept all".

Changing your choice

  • Use Cookie Settings in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and switch categories on or off.
  • You can also delete stored data in your browser settings. The banner then appears again on your next visit.
  • Most browsers let you block cookies for all sites. The pages here still work if you do; only your cookie answer will be forgotten between visits.

How to clear site data in common browsers

BrowserWhere to look
ChromeSettings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies or Delete browsing data
Safari on iPhoneSettings app, Safari, Advanced, Website Data
FirefoxSettings, Privacy and Security, Cookies and Site Data
EdgeSettings, Cookies and site permissions, Manage and delete cookies

Consent records and audits

Regulators can ask us to show that consent was collected properly. That is why your answer is stored together with the date and a version number: if this policy or the list of cookies changes in a way that matters, the version moves on and the banner asks you again, rather than assuming an old yes still applies. We keep no copy of your answer on our servers, so the record in your browser is the only one.

When we review the site, usually every quarter, we scan every page to confirm nothing new is setting cookies or storage without being listed here. Anything found that is not on this page is removed or added to the table before it can load again. You can ask us for the date of the last review at any time.

The Betsuna platform

Once you log in or register, you are on the Betsuna gaming platform, which sets its own cookies for sessions, security and fraud prevention. Those cookies are strictly necessary to keep your account safe and are explained in the cookie notice on the platform.

Common cookie questions

Do your cookies contain my name or card details?

No. The only item stored by default is a short record of which categories you allowed and on what date. It holds nothing that identifies you, and it never leaves your browser.

Why has the banner appeared again?

Usually because the stored answer was cleared, either by your browser settings, a privacy extension or a private window. It also reappears once a year, so the choice you made stays a real one rather than something ticked long ago and forgotten.

Does rejecting cookies change my bonus or my odds?

No. Offers, odds and games are exactly the same whatever you choose here. Promotions are credited inside your account on the Betsuna platform, not through cookies on this site.

What happens in a private or incognito window?

The site works normally, but your answer is forgotten when the window closes, so the banner appears on your next private visit. That is expected behaviour and nothing to fix.

Do you use fingerprinting or other hidden tracking?

No. We do not build device fingerprints, use tracking pixels in the page or share browsing data with advertisers. If that ever changed, it would be listed on this page and would need your consent first.

Does the loading page before the Betsuna platform set anything?

The short loading page shown after you press Login, Register or Play stores nothing in your browser. It simply passes along any campaign reference already in the link, so the right promotion is attached to your visit.

Are cookies a security risk?

Cookies cannot run programs or read files on your device. The one we use is readable only by this site. Keeping your browser up to date is still the best protection against anything unwanted.
