Terms and conditions
Last updated 22 September 2026
These terms explain how this website works and the rules behind the promotions shown on it. Your Betsuna account itself is governed by the full account terms you accept when you register, and if anything here differs from those, the account terms take priority. Reading both before your first deposit takes about ten minutes and saves most of the questions our support team receives in week one.
1. Who we are
Betsuna is operated by ProgressPlay Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with registration number C 58305. ProgressPlay Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39335. You can check the licence on the Gambling Commission public register at any time.
When these terms say "we", "us" or "Betsuna", they mean ProgressPlay Limited trading as Betsuna. "You" means the person who holds the account.
2. Who can play
- You must be 18 or over. We verify age and identity before you can deposit or play. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed, deposits are returned and any winnings are withheld, as the law requires.
- You must live in Great Britain or another territory named in the account terms, and you may hold one account only. A second account in your name, or at your address, is closed and merged with the first.
- You must play for yourself, with your own money, using payment methods registered in your own name.
- You must not be self-excluded through GamStop or with us, and you must tell us straight away if you believe you should not be gambling.
- Employees of ProgressPlay Limited and its suppliers who have access to game or odds data cannot hold an account.
3. Using this website
This site describes our products and links to the Betsuna platform, where you log in, register, deposit and play. It holds no login or registration forms of its own. When you press Login, Register or Play you go to the platform through a short loading page that opens in the same tab.
We keep game lists, payment times and promotions on these pages up to date, but products change quickly. The version of an offer shown inside your account at the moment you opt in is the one that applies to you.
You may use the content of this site for your own information. Copying it for a commercial purpose, or presenting it as your own, is not allowed.
4. Your account
Registration and verification
We need your full name, date of birth, home address, email and mobile number. Most checks complete automatically in under a minute. If they cannot, we will ask for a photo of your passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill or bank statement. You cannot deposit until your age has been confirmed.
Keeping your details current
Please update your address, email and phone number when they change. Payments and account messages go to the details on file, and out-of-date details are the most common reason a withdrawal is held up.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your password private. Turn on two-step verification in your account settings for extra protection. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and contact us at once.
Dormant accounts
If you do not log in for twelve months, we will write to you before treating the account as dormant. Your balance always remains yours and can be withdrawn at any time; no inactivity fee is charged.
5. Casino welcome offer
New casino customers can claim a welcome package worth up to £1,500 plus 200 free spins on Bigger Bass Splash. These key terms apply:
- New customers only, one welcome offer per person, household, device and payment method.
- You choose one welcome offer, casino, sports or bingo, when making your first deposit. Offers cannot be combined.
- Your real balance is used before any bonus balance.
- Bonus funds must be wagered 10 times within 30 days. Winnings from free spins must be wagered 10 times within 7 days of being credited.
- Wagering is calculated on bonus bets only. Games contribute at different rates, and the rate is shown next to each game in the lobby. A small number of games are excluded.
- Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify.
- Any maximum conversion from free spin winnings and any maximum bet while wagering are listed in the offer details inside your account.
- Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels the bonus and any winnings made with it; your own deposited money is never affected.
Wagering on every bonus offered in Great Britain is capped at ten times the bonus amount, and no offer requires you to play more than one product to release it. Our package is built inside those limits.
6. Sports and bingo offers
Sports and bingo welcome offers, free bets and ticket promotions each carry their own terms, displayed on the offer. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings. Qualifying odds, eligible markets and expiry dates are stated before you opt in, and bets settled as void do not count towards qualification.
7. Betting rules
- A bet is accepted once it appears in your bet history with a reference number.
- If a price was displayed in obvious error, for example odds reversed between two teams, we may settle the bet at the correct price available when it was placed.
- Results are settled on the official result declared at the end of the event. Later changes by governing bodies do not affect settlement unless the rules for that sport say otherwise.
- Full sport-by-sport rules, including dead heats and abandoned matches, are in the betting rules inside your account.
8. Casino and bingo rules
Every game has a help screen showing its rules, return to player and any maximum win. A malfunction voids affected plays and pays. In bingo, a game is settled on the numbers drawn by the server, and if two players complete a line on the same number the prize is shared equally.
9. Promotions in general
- We may refuse or withdraw a promotion where we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being misused, for example through multiple accounts or coordinated play.
- You can opt out of any promotion at any time from your account.
- No promotion requires a promo code unless the offer states one. We never ask for a password or card details in a promotional message.
- Marketing is only sent if you agreed to it, and you can switch it off in your account or with the unsubscribe link in every message.
10. Deposits and withdrawals
Credit cards cannot be used for gambling in Great Britain. Withdrawals are paid back to the method used to deposit where possible. Before paying a withdrawal we may ask for proof of identity, address or source of funds, as our licence and anti-money-laundering law require. Customer money is held in accounts separate from company funds; the protection level that applies is set out in the account terms.
11. Responsible gambling
Deposit limits, reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available on every account. Details are on our safer gambling page. Online slot stakes are limited to £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over and £2 per spin for players aged 18 to 24.
12. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time from your settings or through support, and any balance is paid to you. We may suspend or close an account where the account terms allow it, for example if we cannot verify your identity or the account is linked to fraud. If we do, we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
13. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact customer support first through live chat in your account or by emailing our support team. Mark the message as a complaint so it is logged. We acknowledge every complaint, investigate and aim to send a final response within eight weeks, usually much sooner.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you can refer the matter free of charge to the independent alternative dispute resolution provider named in the account terms. Their decision is binding on us if you accept it.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when products, promotions or regulations change. The date at the top shows the last update. Changes to a promotion never apply retrospectively to an offer you have already opted into.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live in Great Britain. If one part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
